Under the theme “Defined by Excellence,” the 14th
PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards recognised outstanding achievements
across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use

The winners were announced during a black-tie gala held on
Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, where 16
